Background Otega Okinono holds a Doctorate Degree in Sociology from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Her research interests are in Management and Social Science issues mainly on Sustainable Development, spanning through Livelihood Issues; Environmental Sustainability; Project Management; Entrepreneurship Skills Development; Governance and Gender Studies. She was Lecturer I at the Delta State University, Abraka, until January, 2022 when she transferred her services to the University of Delta Agbor, Delta State. She has published several academic papers in Local, National, International and reputable Indexed Journals. She is currently Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Criminology Studies and also Committee Member, Research and Development (TETFUND). She is also a Mental Health Advocate and Trainer/ Resource person in social and contemporary issues. She has strong passion for creative and innovative ideas that can help develop and enhance mankind.
